Refund & Return Policy

At EliteAutoPK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Installed or used products

  • Custom or special-order items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
